  • Extra person $20 per night.
  • Rates on application for overnight stays.
  • Minimum night stays apply on weekends.
  • Deposit in low season $500 or 1 night in high season $1000.
    In Christmas period half total required 30 days before occupancy.
  • Deposit required within 2 days of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • In case of cancellation $70 booking fee charged on all cancellations.
    Low season 7 days notice in high season 21 days notice.
  • Balance deposite refundable if substitute booking is available
    for the same dates.
  • Refunds paid by trust account cheque at the end of the month.
  • Early departure - NO REFUNDS.
  • Tariffs subject to change without notice.
  • Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit,
    the tariff quoted will be honoured.
  • We accept most C/Cards (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Diners, Bankcard)
    and EFPOST (no cash out facility).
  • Cheques only accepted 5 days prior to arrival.
